A Dinner reception was held in the honour of Veranda Sharma Member of Parliament for Ealing, Southall by the Labour Asian Society.
The event was attended by members of many businesses community leaders, as well as a large number of councillors from numbers of London Boroughs.
Speaking at the event, Virendera Sharma MP said that the Labour Party has been very successful in gaining popularity in the Asian community. He said that he hope that the Asian community would step up and play an important role in making the Labour Party successful in the upcoming elections. He said that there is a need for a Labour Party government in Britain at this time of cost of living crises and poverty. He further reiterated that the Labour’s Party government will be the one to help the country out of many the crises faced by the country.
MP Sharma said that I am especially grateful to the Labour Asian Society for the way they are supporting the Labour Party. He further said that, “I am especially grateful to the Labour Asian Society for the way they are supporting the Labour Party.
Atta Haq, Chairman of Labour Asian Society while addressing the event said that MP Sharma’s services are appreciated not only by the Asian community but also by every community in the UK.
Atta said that the Labour Party will be fully successful in the upcoming elections, this is due the efforts and hard work of the Labour Asians Society.
Many Borough councillors addressed the event gave special thanks to Virendra Sharma MP for his services to the UK and the people of his constituency.
